Description 
Silix –covered  Round and flat bare wire are insulated with a double covering of glass fiber (SILIX)and impregnated with an epoxy (V155) modified polyesterimide(V180) or silicone

 

(V Si) based varnish

Temprature Index 155 , 180 or 200

Electrical properties :

0.4 – 1.5 KV

Range of dimensions :

Nominal width : 2 to 22 mm

Nominal thickness : 1 to 6 mm

Advantages :Winding wire with excellent thermal and chemical resistance.

 

Good resistance to mineral oil and corrosive vapours .

Description 
Polyimid –film taped ,round or rectangular winding wirs , are copper conductors wich are wrapped tightly with a polyimid-tape, coated on one or both sides with a FEP (teflon )- adhesive e.g.kapton FN , FCR or FWR

 

The Temperature Index of the insulation is 240
